Most of our items can be exchanged. However, due to hygienic reasons, all underwear sales are non returnable. In certain cases you can contact us and if the order has not been processed and shipped we can look at making changes to it.
Excluding underwear, should you need a different size we are gladly willing to exchange your product on the condition that they are in their original packaging with all tags and hygienic protection liner still attached, and that they are unworn and unwashed. If the returned items does not meet these conditions they may be rejected. No refunds!
Remember to always keep underwear on when trying on swimwear.

If you believe there is a manufacturers defect and would like to return the item because of this, please contact us and let us know what is wrong with the suit. We will make an assessment and if warranted a store credit will be issued for the suit. No refunds!
Items must be exchanged withing 20 days of the original purchase. Your options for exchanging the items are by mail or at our Downtown Vancouver store location. If you return them at the store, you will be required to provide proof of purchase.
To return the items by mail, please send them to the address listed below. Please include you return receipt (which is included in your package). You are required to purchase your own return label and will not be refunded any shipping charges.

Once we have received your returned items it will take approximately 1 day to process them.
You will be debited a new shipping charge when we send the new item. Note! The new item will not be shipped until we have received payment for the shipping fee.
